Fighting for our daughters and ourselves

I’m a card-carrying liberal but that doesn’t define my interactions with clients or others. I respect differences in opinions and don’t expect or plan to change anyone’s mind. I learn from everyone I meet.

However as a woman who is of Hillary Clinton’s generation and has carved out a professional life in what has overwhelmingly been a white man’s world I am sharing this.

I often think zealots of any cause are exaggerating the issues so I seldom weigh in.

Not in this case.

I hope that women who respect themselves and men who respect their mothers, wives and daughters will use this as a platform for discussion.
