I think you can have a crisis at any point in life.
It’s important to you that you don’t have to have it all figured out…ever. Equally important is to not be afraid. Embrace the crisis, explore it, use it as an opportunity to try something new. Most of all, trust that it’s about growth and gaining wisdom.
If you need a temporary, guide on the path, you know where to find me.

I agree with your thoughts. I believe that it is essential for people to face crises without fear of failure in order to grow. If people are afraid of crisis and do not take action, they will not be able to change anything.
That’s a wise approach to life. Failure always included opportunity for the growth and change you mention. If you don’t allow that, you infantilize your adult children.
I agree with you. Crisis due to failure is a path we all go through. Those who are so afraid of failure that they refuse to look ahead are cowards. Failure is not what is important. What is important is what we have learned and how we have grown. But even though people know this in their hearts, they often do not act out of fear of crisis. How can we stop fearing failure?
Indeed. You do not help your children unless you allow them to make their own decisions, good and bad, and learn from them and their consequences. Failure is an integral part of living and is always an opportunity for knowledge and growth.
